Doggy Day Training: Think Doggy Daycare, but without the free-for-all. Doggy Day Training takes the concept of daycare and adds to it structure, the development of life skills and manners, and the teaching of commands. This program is designed for dogs ages 6 months and up.
Each day that your dog spends with us, he/she will be a part of:
- pack walks
- play time (learning how to socialize with other dogs in a fun, safe, and polite manner)
- mini sessions (working on basic commands and any behaviors that need to be addressed)
Throughout the day your dog will also be working on
- impulse control (learning to ignore distractions and temptations)
- calm state of mind (learning how to find the calm space in their mind and maintain it)
- household manners
- threshold manners
- car manners
Basic commands include, but are not limited to:
- Heel (Walking on a leash without pulling, barking, lunging, sniffing, or reacting to dogs and/or distractions
- Sit (with a built-in Stay)
- Down (with a built-in Stay)
- Place command (with a built-in Stay)
- Come (with distractions)
- Kennel Up
Schedule
Doggy Day Training is available Monday through Friday. There are only 4 spots available for each day on a first come, first served basis.
Drop-off times: 7:00-8:00 a.m.
Pick-up times: 5:00-6:30 p.m.
**Drop-off and Pick-up times are strictly enforced.**
Prices:
5 day package - $275
10 day package - $500
10 day package for new clients - $700 (includes an e-collar)
Single day packages available only to those who have completed any training program - $60
